What is MASA?
The Minot Area Safety Association is an organization formed to provide guidance to individuals who are responsible for safety in their respective organizations. As a member of MASA, you will be joining a group of safety professionals dedicated to their profession, knowledge and skills, and who welcome the opportunity to hear and see how other safety professionals go about their work and handle regulatory compliance issues. MASA provides a great opportunity for members to network and gain the latest information on new legislation that may affect your company. An annual membership includes two reserved seats at our monthly meetings and any other printed materials that may be distributed. Membership is open to persons or firms serving in a professional or practitioner capacity in safety management functions. Guests and prospective members are welcome to attend at any time. Prospective member lunches are complimentary their first meeting.
Annual membership dues are $100.00 per year due the same month each year membership started.
MASA meetings are held the thrid Tuesday of each month at 11:45 AM. The website will contain details on when we are meeting and what the topic will be for that month. Presentations consist of various topics on safety and could include roundtable discussions, guest speakers, panel discussions, tours, etc.
